From January 13 to 16, 2026, the "Village-Level Energy Development Model Seminar and Working Meeting on the Formulation of the Group Standard 'Construction Specification for Zero-Carbon Future Rural Smart Energy Service Platform'", organized by the Urban-Rural Power (Agricultural Power) Branch of the China Energy Research Society, was successfully held in Chun'an, Zhejiang. The conference brought together over a hundred representatives from the National Energy Administration, State Grid, research institutions, and industry enterprises to engage in in-depth discussions on rural energy transition and standardization development.
Ms. Ren Dafeng, Chairperson of Zhonghui Jianrun (Chongqing) Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to attend as an enterprise representative. At the "Village-Level Energy Development Model Seminar", she delivered a keynote speech titled "Building Dreams of Zero-Carbon Villages, Empowering a Green Future – The Exploration and Practice of Zhonghui Jianrun," systematically sharing the company's innovative achievements and practical experience in integrated rural energy solutions.
Focusing on Rural Energy, Jointly Charting a Zero-Carbon Blueprint
Guided by the dual national strategies of "Rural Revitalization" and the "Dual Carbon Goals," rural areas have become a crucial field for China's energy structure transformation and green development. This conference focused on core issues such as village-level energy development models, the construction of smart energy platforms, and the integration of new energy with industries, aiming to develop replicable and scalable systemic solutions for rural energy.

In her speech, Ms. Ren Dafeng pointed out that Zhonghui Jianrun, with "Building-Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV)" at its core, has created a full-chain solution covering technology, products, and services. Through continuous technology-driven innovation and model development, the company is promoting the transformation of rural buildings from "energy consumers" to "energy producers," facilitating the synergistic development of zero-carbon goals and economic benefits.
Zhonghui Jianrun: Reshaping Rural Energy with Photovoltaic Building Integration
Leveraging advanced building material technologies such as cadmium telluride (CdTe) power-generating glass, Zhonghui Jianrun has launched an integrated "Building as a Power Station" solution. This solution offers advantages including high efficiency in low-light conditions, customizable appearance, and dual functionality as both construction material and power generator. It can be widely applied to rural residences, public buildings, agricultural facilities, and industrial parks, truly embodying the concept of "power generation wherever there is light.

Currently, the company is advancing zero-carbon demonstration projects in multiple locations including Shandong, Guangxi, and Chengdu, covering various scenarios such as residential photovoltaic retrofitting, park smart energy systems, and transportation photovoltaic facilities. In projects like those in Zaozhuang, Shandong, and demonstration villages in Guangxi, comprehensive photovoltaic retrofitting has led to increased average annual household income and successfully achieved goals of energy self-sufficiency and surplus electricity feed-in to the grid.
Setting Benchmarks and Actively Participating in Industry Standard Development
Zhonghui Jianrun is committed not only to technological innovation and project implementation but also actively contributes to the development of industry standard systems. The company has led or participated in the formulation of several industry standards, including the "Zero-Carbon Enterprise Evaluation Specification" and the "Fire Protection Code for Photovoltaic Building Integration," continuously promoting the standardization and normalization of rural energy construction.
Participation in the formulation of the group standard "Construction Specification for Zero-Carbon Future Rural Smart Energy Service Platform" represents a significant initiative by Zhonghui Jianrun to actively respond to the national energy system construction and promote high-quality development within the industry.
Collaborating for Creation, Exploring Diverse Partnership Models
Looking ahead, Ms. Ren Dafeng proposed various cooperation models such as EPC contracting, joint venture partnerships, and energy hosting. She advocates for collaboration with governments, investment institutions, and rural collectives to jointly advance zero-carbon rural construction, achieving a balance of ecological, economic, and social benefits.
Field Research: Visiting Chun'an, Experiencing Zero-Carbon Practices
During the conference, attendees also conducted field research in several townships of Chun'an County. They inspected typical projects such as fishery-photovoltaic complementarity, integrated photovoltaic-storage-charging systems, and smart energy platforms, facilitating in-depth exchange of practical experience in rural energy transition.
